Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 rounds of:
15 Mtrs weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans

Then, 2 rounds of:
15 Mtrs weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans

Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

For RX Men use 2x 22,5 Kg. dumbbells, women 2x 15 Kg.

 

Scale for TTB: Half-way TTB / Knee Raises / V-ups

Scale for BMU: Jumping BMU (from Box) / Banded BMU / CTB Pull-up / Banded CTB Pull-up / Jumping Pull-ups.
